Stephanie is an integrative psychotherapist with a holistic and comprehensive approach to wellness. Her experience ranges from academic advising and parenting education to crisis intervention. With additional training in psychological trauma, Stephanie is available to help with recent or past traumatic experiences. She is adept at assisting people navigate life transitions, no matter how big or small. She is experienced working with bereavement and loss, in its various forms. Stephanie has worked in the United States, Japan, England, and Australia in both the public and private sectors. As an expat, Stephanie is uniquely poised to assist people with cultural transitions and existential issues, including parenting third culture children, politically induced stress, and strained family relationships. Stephanie offers both short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy, as well as, a number of bespoke services. When working with Stephanie, the therapeutic intention is to alleviate distress by cultivating coping skills, integrating the mind-body connection, identifying opportunities to build strengths, and working through past experiences when necessary.
